How does the concrete laser leveling machine deal with complex terrain and irregular ground?

  🎈Changes in water-cement ratio: Slump mainly affects pavement strength by affecting the water-cement ratio of concrete. Generally speaking, the larger the slump, the more water is used in concrete. According to the theory of concrete strength, under the condition of certain cement type and dosage, the larger the water-cement ratio, the lower the strength of concrete after hardening. This is because excessive water will form more pores and channels during the hardening process of concrete, and the pores left after the evaporation of water will reduce the density of concrete, thereby reducing the strength of concrete. For example, when the slump increases by 20-30mm from the appropriate value, the water-cement ratio may increase by 0.05-0.1, and the 28-day compressive strength of the pavement may decrease by 10%-20%. 🎈Cement slurry distribution: The appropriate slump can make the cement slurry evenly distributed in the concrete, wrapped on the surface of the aggregate, play a good bonding role, make the internal structure of the concrete dense, and thus ensure the strength of the pavement. If the slump is too small, the concrete is too dry and hard, and the cement paste is difficult to evenly wrap the aggregate, which will lead to more uncemented aggregate particles in the concrete, forming a weak link and reducing the overall strength of the road surface. On the contrary, if the slump is too large, the cement paste will sink due to its own weight, resulting in uneven distribution inside the concrete, resulting in relatively less cement paste in the upper part of the concrete and lower strength, while the lower part may be segregated due to excessive cement paste, which also affects the strength of the road surface. 🎈Aggregate interface bonding: The interfacial bonding strength between aggregate and cement paste in concrete is crucial to the overall strength of concrete. When the slump is appropriate, the cement paste can fully contact and bond well with the aggregate surface. When the slump is not appropriate, such as too large, the cement paste layer around the aggregate will be too thick. During the hardening process of concrete, due to the large shrinkage of the cement paste, micro cracks are easily generated at the interface between the aggregate and the cement paste, weakening the interfacial bonding strength, thereby reducing the strength of the road surface; and if the slump is too small, the cement paste cannot wet the aggregate surface well, which will also lead to poor interfacial bonding and affect the strength of the road surface. In concrete pavement construction, the slump should be strictly controlled, and concrete with appropriate slump should be selected according to construction conditions and design requirements to ensure that the pavement strength meets the design standards.    

    The lubrication and maintenance of the power trowel machine (concrete power trowel) is directly related to the equipment's lifespan, construction efficiency and operational safety. The correct selection of lubricating oil is the core of maintenance. The following is a guide for selecting lubricating oils and maintenance points for each key component of the power trowel machine: Select by part function: The requirements for lubricating oil (viscosity, pressure resistance, adhesion) in different parts are completely different. Give priority to using the oil recommended by the manufacturer: The instruction manual is the first choice. Quality first: Use qualified products from reputable brands. Inferior oil products can lead to accelerated wear and malfunctions. Function: It can withstand high torque and high load, and requires good anti-wear and heat dissipation performance. Recommended oil products API GL-4 or GL-5 grade vehicle gear oil. This is the most commonly used and universal choice. Viscosity grade: Selected based on climate and load. Normal temperature/general use: 85W-90 or 80W-90 gear oil. Cold regions/winter: 75W-90 (Better fluidity at low temperatures). High temperature and heavy load: 85W-140 can be considered, but the manual should be referred to. Inspection and replacement First replacement: After the new machine has been in operation for 50 hours. Regular replacement: Every 300 to 500 hours of operation or at least once a year. Check the oil level: Before and after each use, check through the oil sight glass or dipstick to keep it within the specified range. Function: High-speed rotation requires grease to seal the bearings to prevent cement slurry from entering and causing wear. Recommended oil products Lithium-based grease: The most commonly used, such as No. 2 or No. 3 lithium-based grease. It has excellent water resistance, mechanical stability and rust prevention. Better choices: Extreme pressure lithium-based grease or polyurea grease. They have higher heat resistance, extreme pressure resistance and a longer service life, making them suitable for high-intensity continuous operations. Filling method: Use a grease gun to fill through the oiling nozzle until the old grease is squeezed out, and then remove the old grease. Make sure that each oiling point is lubricated. Maintenance cycle: It must be refilled once every 8 to 10 hours of work or at the end of daily construction. In harsh environments with a lot of dust and cement slurry, it needs to be done more frequently. Function: Threaded transmission, which requires reducing friction and preventing rust. Recommended oil products General-purpose grease (such as lithium-based grease) or thread anti-seizing paste. Spray type: PTFE (Teflon) dry film lubricant or penetrating anti-rust lubricant can be used (such as WD-40 for cleaning and anti-rust, but special grease is required for long-term lubrication). Maintenance: Manually apply or spray before and after each adjustment to keep it clean and free of cement lumps. Gasoline engine Engine oil: Four-stroke gasoline engine oil is used. The viscosity is commonly SAE 10W-30 or SAE 30 (depending on the temperature and the manual). Quality grade SJ or above. Replacement cycle: First 25 hours, then every 50 to 100 hours or by season. Diesel engine Engine oil: Use diesel engine oil of CF-4 or above grade. The viscosity should be selected according to the climate, such as 15W-40. Air filters and mechanical filters: Regularly clean or replace them, especially on construction sites with a lot of dust. Recommended oil: For the same blade spindle, use lithium-based grease. Maintenance cycle: Check and add every 50 hours of operation or weekly. Check the oil level in the gearbox. Check whether there are any missing or clogged fuel injectors at each oiling point. Clean the surface of the machine, especially the mud and sand around the oiling nozzle. Avoid soaking the machine in water or cement slurry for a long time. Pay attention to abnormal noises and overheating of the machine, which may indicate poor lubrication. Thorough rinse: Use clean water to rinse off all cement slurry and dirt on the machine, with a focus on cleaning the blades, chassis and oil injectors. Apply grease: Use a grease gun to add new grease to all grease injectors until the old grease is squeezed out. Inspection: Check if the screws are loose and if any parts are damaged. Change the gear oil periodically. Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the wear conditions of bearings and gears. Before long-term storage, all exposed metal parts should be coated with anti-rust oil and stored in a dry place. Error 1: Using regular butter instead of extreme pressure grease. This leads to the thinning and loss of grease at high temperatures and the wear of bearings. Error 2: Only adding oil without removing old fat. The abrasive particles in the old grease will accelerate wear and must be extruded. Error 3: Mixing gear oil with engine oil. The performance is completely different and irreplaceable. Error 4: Neglecting cleaning and directly applying oil. It will inject mud and sand into the interior of the bearing and turn them into "grinding paste". Taboo: It is strictly prohibited to apply any lubricating oil to friction parts such as brake pads and clutch plates! For a typical power trowel, you can prepare the following oils: One bucket of 85W-90 gear oil (for gearboxes). 1 can of No. 2 or No. 3 extreme pressure lithium-based grease (for all bearings and moving joints). One bottle of 10W-30 four-stroke gasoline engine oil (if the engine is gasoline-based). One high-quality butter gun. In addition, the speed of the electric trowel is relatively stable, and it is easy to control the leveling and polishing effect. – Low maintenance cost: Since the electric trowel does not have complex mechanical parts such as internal combustion engines, it does not need to regularly replace engine oil, air filters, etc. Its maintenance work mainly focuses on the inspection and cleaning of parts such as motors, wires and switches. The maintenance cost is relatively low and maintenance is also relatively convenient. – Dependence on power supply: The electric trowel needs to be connected to an external power supply to work, which limits its working range and flexibility. In some construction sites without power sockets, it is necessary to equip a longer power cord or use a generator to provide electricity, which is not convenient to use, and the existence of the power cord may affect the convenience and safety of operation. – Limited power output: Generally speaking, the power output of the electric trowel is weaker than that of the internal combustion trowel. For large-area, high-intensity concrete troweling operations, it may take longer to complete the task, and the work efficiency is relatively low. – Not suitable for harsh environments: When using an electric trowel in a humid or dusty environment, special attention should be paid to the waterproofing and dustproofing of the motor and wires to avoid safety accidents such as leakage or short circuit, which will affect the normal use and life of the equipment. – Powerful: The internal combustion trowel uses gasoline or diesel engines as the power source, has high power and torque output, can easily cope with various complex concrete troweling conditions, and is especially suitable for large-area, high-strength concrete surface troweling operations. It has high work efficiency and can complete a large amount of work in a short time. – Not limited by power supply: The internal combustion trowel does not need to rely on external power supply, can be operated anytime and anywhere, has high flexibility and mobility, and is particularly suitable for use in some remote areas or construction sites without power supply. – Environmental pollution: The internal combustion engine will produce exhaust emissions during operation, which contain pollutants such as carbon monoxide, hydrocarbons, and nitrogen oxides, which will cause certain pollution to the environment and are not conducive to environmental protection. – High noise: The internal combustion trowel generates a lot of noise during operation, which will cause certain damage to the surrounding environment and the hearing of the operator, and may also affect the life and rest of residents near the construction site. – High maintenance cost: The engine and other mechanical parts of the internal combustion trowel are relatively complex and require regular maintenance and upkeep, such as changing the engine oil, air filter, spark plug, etc. The maintenance cost is relatively high, and the engine maintenance also requires professional technology and tools. Once a failure occurs, the maintenance difficulty and cost are high. – Fuel consumption: The internal combustion trowel needs to consume fuel to provide power. After long-term use, the fuel cost is high. In some areas, the supply of fuel may not be as convenient as electricity, and fuel needs to be reserved in advance, which increases the complexity and cost of use.
