The meeting strictly followed the established agenda, beginning with annual work reports from the heads of each business segment and functional department. Heads of Wanli Precision Machinery, Vanse Armor Sewing & Steel Fiber, Domestic Sales Department, International Sales Department, R&D Department, and After-Sales Department, respectively, presented detailed data summarizing their 2025 achievements and highlights, directly addressing market challenges and shortcomings. They also clarified the key tasks, priorities, and specific implementation measures for 2026, closely aligning with industry trends and the company's development plan, providing clear guidance for the company's overall operations. Following the reporting session, the signing of the 2026 Operations and Management Responsibility Agreements commenced. To ensure that responsibilities are implemented at every level and goals are accurately achieved, the signing was conducted in a "one-by-one oath and separate signing" format. Each relevant person in charge took turns to the stage, solemnly swearing an oath before formally signing the responsibility agreement with General Manager Zhu Jun.
