VANSE Sales Manager Visits Chilean Customer and Construction Project for In-Depth Exchange

Recently, a VANSE Sales Manager visited a valued customer in Chile for an in-depth business exchange and on-site project visit. The trip included a visit to the customer’s company as well as a firsthand inspection of their ongoing construction project, providing an excellent opportunity to strengthen communication, better understand local market needs, and explore future cooperation.
Visiting Our Chilean Customer
During the visit, the VANSE Sales Manager met with the customer’s team at their company. Both sides exchanged views on current business cooperation, local construction market trends, equipment applications, and future project requirements.
The customer shared valuable insights into their experience with construction projects in the Chilean market, including practical requirements for equipment performance, construction efficiency, and after-sales support. The VANSE team carefully listened to these needs and discussed potential solutions based on the customer’s actual applications.
Face-to-face communication provided a deeper understanding of the customer’s business and created a stronger foundation for long-term cooperation.
On-Site Visit to the Construction Project
One of the highlights of the visit was the opportunity to accompany the customer to an ongoing construction project.
At the project site, the VANSE Sales Manager gained firsthand insight into the actual working environment, construction procedures, and equipment requirements. By observing the construction process directly, our team was able to better understand the challenges faced by contractors and identify areas where VANSE equipment and technical solutions can provide greater value.
The on-site visit also allowed both sides to discuss practical construction requirements, equipment operation, project efficiency, and potential improvements directly at the job site.

Understanding Customer Needs Through Real Projects
For VANSE, visiting customers and their construction sites is an important part of our international business development strategy. Real project environments provide valuable information that cannot always be fully understood through online communication.
By seeing construction conditions firsthand and communicating directly with project teams, VANSE can better understand local working practices and customer expectations. These experiences also help our sales and technical teams provide more targeted product recommendations and professional support.
Strengthening Cooperation in the Chilean Market
Chile is an important market in South America, with continued demand for efficient and reliable construction machinery and concrete construction solutions.
Through this customer visit, VANSE further strengthened its relationship with its Chilean partner and gained valuable insights into local market requirements. We look forward to continuing our cooperation and providing customers with reliable equipment, professional technical support, and efficient construction solutions.
Building Stronger Global Partnerships
At VANSE, we believe that successful international cooperation is built through trust, communication, and a deep understanding of customer needs.
From visiting customer offices to stepping onto construction sites, our team remains committed to staying close to customers and supporting them throughout their projects.
VANSE will continue to strengthen communication with customers around the world, visit more project sites, and provide professional construction machinery solutions backed by reliable products and dedicated service.
Wherever our customers are, VANSE is ready to go further with them.
